New to Version 10 is Script-Based Attack Protection which detects malicious script-based attacks such as Windows PowerShell, or script in browsers like JavaScript.

Also new to Version 10, Webcam Protection constantly monitors and alerts you to all the processes and applications on your computer that unexpectedly try to access your webcam. You are then prompted to allow or deny use of your webcam, in case it is a legitimate program.

The last new feature to Version 10 available in ESET Internet Security is Home Network Protection. With this feature you will be able to test your home network for vulnerabilities, such as scanning your router for out-of-date firmware or seeing which devices are on your Wi-Fi network.
