Spoilt Rotten is a small beauty salon based in Stubbington owned by Tracey. Tracey is a beauty therapist with over 20 years of experience and to showcase this experience we worked with her to produce an online presence for her company.
Spoilt Rotten’s website includes 4 main pages with 5 sub-pages for the treatment services that they offer. We incorporated a contact form so that both customers and other businesses could get in touch, we also integrated Search Engine Optimization that ensures Spoilt Rotten will reach the very top of the search results.

Phone and email aren’t the only ways to get in touch with a business, and people don’t always like using any of those contact methods as it requires going off the website and into an app/telephone app. Our solution to this is the Contact Form which asks the user for a Name, Email address, a Message Box, and a Captcha to ensure that all submissions are human. All Contact Form submissions get sent to the administrator inbox and will quickly receive responses.
Spoilt Rotten is not an eCommerce website but customers can organize their appointments through getting in touch e.g. using the Contact Form to ask for an appointment. We worked with Spoilt Rotten to produce exact quotes for said services.
